I just wanted to let you known that I am running another Kickstarter campaign, this time for Witchstarter for this month.

Hello
I just wanted to let you know what is happening in Joanna's world. At the moment, my artist created five images and I am waiting for five more illustrations, so we can start putting together the Special Illustrated Hardback for The Witch's Rose.
This is the only thing that is delaying the production and I have promised there will be 10 illustrations in total. I am just about to order all the books I need to send out, along with other orders. My editor is currently working on Witch’s Whispers and she is getting close to have everything finished very soon. Then, she will send the book to me so I can work on any necessary re-writes or character arcs.
The map should be ready shortly, along with chapter headings.
I recently finished writing a mafia romance under the pen name, so I am aiming to start re-writing the prequel to the Witch’s Rose. My kids are off school for another 5 weeks, so my time will be limited but I am hoping to re-write the book during that time, tone down the steam, and focus more on the plot.
I also had to cancel the other campaign for Consumed that I was running with my co-author. We couldn’t really dedicate the time to focus on that campaign, so we made a mutual decision to postpone it to later on in the year.
I have another campaign in works that I mentioned in my last update. Unexpected Engagement inspired by Baba Yaga (5e) is coming to Kickstarter on the 15th of August. If you love playing Dungeons and Dragons and enjoy fantasy books then you will be thrilled to see what I have created in this one shot adventure.

Hello
I am coping my update from Witch's Rose campaign here as I know that a few people won't see it.
I have been slowly receiving illustrations for The Witch's Rose Special Edition Hardback and I wanted to show you at least one.
I was hoping that all the art work would be ready by now, but things are moving slower than I anticipated. I am still aiming to fulfil all the physical orders by end of August.
Here is one of the most recent illustrations that I absolutely adore. The designer has done a great job -- what do you guys think?
I also finished writing another book under my pen name and now I am hoping to edit it before the kids break up from school. We all know that I probably won't get anything done during holidays. I and my co-author launched our other campaign for steamy contemporary romance. It's another special edition hardback that won't be available anywhere else and some of the rewards are fantastic! If you're a fan of edgy, spicy romance, you will love this limited edition hardback.

I'm also going to reveal a little secret: I'm working on a D&D campaign and the goal is to turn the Baba Yaga's Legacy Series into a role playing game. I am not sure when I will be running it -- probably October or November -- but I've already completed the first adventure set in the Kingdom of Opana. The trial playing session has already been run and I loved it.

I'm so excited about this project and I am hoping to release another book in the series by the end of this year, but first, I am planning to re-write the prequel: Yaga's Choice.
